I was impressed by Park Joon Hyung’s writing “Principles” which talks about his most important values; he who hesitates is lost. He tells us his unique experience; that he could represent Korea in his rock band “Labyrinth” playing drums, thanks to his confidence in making out with a girl he liked. Through this experience he could live a more confident life. He also says that his “principles” are somewhat similar to what Moliere had once said – “All the ills of mankind, and all the tragic misfortunes that fill the history books, all the political blunders, all the failures of the great leaders have arisen merely from a lack of skill at dancing” – and through this he says that “he who hesitate is lost” is one of the priniples a true leader should conform to.
I had never had such an important experience that had changed by attitude in living, and so his writings made me look through how I have changed and what was the most crucial motive for me to change in such a way.
